浙江大學(xué)杭州國(guó)際科創(chuàng)中心(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)杭州科創(chuàng)中心)是新時(shí)代浙江大學(xué)與杭州市深化全面戰(zhàn)略合作的重大科技創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)。杭州科創(chuàng)中心聚焦物質(zhì)科學(xué)、信息科學(xué)、生命科學(xué)的會(huì)聚融通,推動(dòng)在微納尺度下多學(xué)科交叉的顛覆性技術(shù)革命,支撐引領(lǐng)未來(lái)高端制造和未來(lái)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,打造長(zhǎng)三角一體化發(fā)展的重要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新極,成為具有世界聲譽(yù)的國(guó)際化創(chuàng)新生態(tài)區(qū)和杰出人才匯聚地。為打造一流的人才隊(duì)伍,杭州科創(chuàng)中心現(xiàn)向全球發(fā)布“青年人才卓越計(jì)劃-x+ai專(zhuān)項(xiàng)”,歡迎優(yōu)秀青年才俊加盟。

“x+ai”專(zhuān)項(xiàng)依托杭州科創(chuàng)中心生物與分子智造平臺(tái)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)平臺(tái))實(shí)施,由浙江大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院專(zhuān)家領(lǐng)銜,平臺(tái)致力于數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的第四范式科學(xué)研究方法,探索機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)、自然語(yǔ)言處理與知識(shí)圖譜、大數(shù)據(jù)與云計(jì)算等技術(shù)在生物智造、分子與材料合成、生命健康等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域的交叉應(yīng)用;瞄準(zhǔn)國(guó)家重大戰(zhàn)略需求,依托長(zhǎng)三角區(qū)域領(lǐng)先的產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)、浙江大學(xué)雄厚的科研實(shí)力和科創(chuàng)中心的創(chuàng)新體制機(jī)制,打造國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先、國(guó)際先進(jìn)的前沿技術(shù)創(chuàng)新研發(fā)平臺(tái),推動(dòng)產(chǎn)學(xué)研深度融合發(fā)展。平臺(tái)由浙江大學(xué)多個(gè)學(xué)院聯(lián)合建設(shè),包括化學(xué)工程與生物工程學(xué)院、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院、生命科學(xué)研究院、醫(yī)學(xué)院、生命科學(xué)學(xué)院、藥學(xué)院、農(nóng)學(xué)院等。

一、重點(diǎn)引進(jìn)方向

“x+ai”專(zhuān)項(xiàng)誠(chéng)邀從事使能技術(shù)領(lǐng)域和應(yīng)用方向研究的全球優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者加盟。有以下研究經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先:

1、生物與分子智造等領(lǐng)域機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用(包括深度學(xué)習(xí)、元學(xué)習(xí)、對(duì)抗學(xué)習(xí)、強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí)等);

2、生物與分子智造等領(lǐng)域自然語(yǔ)言處理與知識(shí)圖譜技術(shù)的應(yīng)用(包括科技文獻(xiàn)挖掘與分析、大規(guī)模文本預(yù)訓(xùn)練、領(lǐng)域知識(shí)圖譜構(gòu)建、圖數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、圖神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)等);

3、生物與分子智造等領(lǐng)域大數(shù)據(jù)處理與云計(jì)算技術(shù)的應(yīng)用(包括大數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、高通量數(shù)據(jù)處理、云服務(wù)計(jì)算等);

4、生物與信息交叉融合技術(shù)(btit);

5、化學(xué)與信息交叉融合技術(shù)(ctit)。

二、申報(bào)條件

1、具有遠(yuǎn)大學(xué)術(shù)志向、創(chuàng)新精神、較強(qiáng)科研能力和社會(huì)責(zé)任感;

2、年齡原則上不超過(guò)35周歲,特別優(yōu)秀者年齡可適當(dāng)放寬;

3、在國(guó)內(nèi)外頂尖高?;蛑芯繖C(jī)構(gòu)獲得博士學(xué)位;

4、在大數(shù)據(jù)人工智能研究領(lǐng)域具有良好的學(xué)科背景、研究積累以及創(chuàng)新研究思路,有堅(jiān)實(shí)的專(zhuān)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)和較深的學(xué)術(shù)造詣;

5、具備作為獨(dú)立pi開(kāi)展研究工作的能力;

6、有交叉學(xué)科背景或交叉研究經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先考慮。

三、待遇及保障條件

1、提供有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬保障(一人一議),符合條件的人才可同步享受杭州市和蕭山區(qū)相應(yīng)的人才政策;

2、為入選者及其團(tuán)隊(duì)成員提供人才公寓,符合條件者可享受杭州科創(chuàng)中心人才房政策;

3、提供首期(3年)300-500萬(wàn)元的科研資助(可持續(xù)滾動(dòng)資助);

4、提供150m2左右的辦公實(shí)驗(yàn)空間;

5、提供“專(zhuān)人一站式”服務(wù),共享科研平臺(tái)大型儀器設(shè)備;

6、入選者中科研業(yè)績(jī)突出且符合浙江大學(xué)人才標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的,可推薦聘至浙江大學(xué)。

四、申請(qǐng)材料

申請(qǐng)材料包括:①《浙江大學(xué)杭州國(guó)際科創(chuàng)中心青年人才卓越計(jì)劃申報(bào)表》(見(jiàn)附件);②代表性成果附件(如:期刊和會(huì)議論文、專(zhuān)著、授權(quán)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利、會(huì)議特邀學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告等)。申請(qǐng)人將以上材料電子版發(fā)送至杭州科創(chuàng)中心指定郵箱,附件和郵件主題均以“青年人才卓越計(jì)劃崗位+姓名+高校人才網(wǎng)”標(biāo)明。

zju-hangzhou global scientific and technological innovation centerrecruitment program for “young talent plan” in “ x+ai”

zju-hangzhou global scientific and technological innovation center (hic) is a world-class and future-oriented r&d center, jointly established by zhejiang university and hangzhou government. hic’s mission is to build an open and integrated international innovation hub that integrates material sciences, information sciences, and life sciences in the yangtze river delta region, promote the disruptive technological revolution of multi-discipline at the micro-nano scale, and lead the high-level manufacturing and industrial development in the future. to build a world-class research team, the hic has launched a new recruitment program named "young talents plan” in “x+ai”, and welcome outstanding young talents to join us.

the program is supported by biological and molecular intelligent manufacturing institute, an innovative research platform at hic. this platform is committed to the scientific research methods with data-driven fourth-paradigm, exploring the cross-application of big data and artificial intelligence methods in bio-intelligence, molecular and material synthesis, life health, and other fields; the institute aims to become a world-class innovation platform and ecosystem.

the construction of the platform is jointly built by multiple schools or departments of zhejiang university including the school of chemical engineering and biological engineering, school of computer science and technology, the institute of life sciences, the school of medicine, the school of life sciences, the school of pharmacy, and the school of agriculture. the " x+ai " program is led by experts from the school of computer science and technology of zhejiang university.

1. research areas

applicants with the following research skills and experience will be considered in priority.

1)machine learning technology:

deep learning, meta-learning, adversarial learning, reinforcement learning, etc.

2)natural language processing and knowledge graph technology:

mining and analysis of scientific literature, large-scale text pre-training, construction of domain knowledge graph, graph database, graph neural network, etc.

3)cloud computing and technology to processing massive data:

big data storage, high-throughput data processing, graph computing, cloud service computing.

4)integration of biotechnology and information technology (btit).

5)integration of chemical technology and information technology (ctit).

2. qualifications

1)strong motivation in academic/technological career.

2)less than 35 years old, which can be appropriately relaxed for particularly outstanding applicants.

3)ph.d. degree awarded by a well-known university or research institute.

4)strong academic background and research experience in the field of big data artificial intelligence. solid professional foundation and excellent academic achievement.

5)ability to conduct research independently as pi.

6)those with interdisciplinary background or interdisciplinary research experience will be considered in priority.

3. offer packages

1)competitive salary, discussed individually.

2)provide talent apartments for selected candidates and their team members. those who meet the conditions can enjoy the house policy of hic.

3)besides the funding support from the central and local government, hic will additionally provide start-up research funding with a minimum of 3-5 million rmb for 3 years (renewable with good performance).
